By | Uncategorized | No Comments

Greg Ebel was recently featured on the Living Healthy Longer podcast, hosted by Columbine Health Systems Center for Healthy Aging at Colorado State University. In the episode “From Virus to Virus with Dr. Greg Ebel“, Dr. Ebel discusses his lab’s history of surveillance and prevention strategies for arboviruses (West Nile, dengue and Zika viruses), and how that work poised his team to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic early in 2020.

Speaking on emerging virus threats for the future – Here on planet earth, we have some really big, hard problems that are not in anyway straightforward to address….this is symptomatic of a much larger, much deeper, much more complicated set of problems that as society, as humanity, as people who live here on planet earth, we gotta figure out how to handle those things.”
